Have you ever felt like you were living in a loop—choosing the wrong people to place your trust in, recreating the same stories, feeling helpless, frustrated and overwhelmed?

Are you ready to feel more at ease?

These are difficult feelings to process that can lead to low self-worth, anxiety, depression and addictions.

The good news is: there is nothing wrong with you! More than likely your nervous system has been impacted by trauma. This may have resulted from an accident, physical or emotional abuse, or possibly the absence of an emotionally present caregiver when you were younger, or a romantic partner later in life.

Our nervous systems develop in relation to others. We cannot heal relational wounds in isolation.

Perhaps you feel this old tale has run out tape and you know you are ready for something new.

In crucial moments such as this, we need to know that we can reach out, and be met, we need to know that our paranoia does not make us a bad person, that our trauma, and the choices we have made under its influence, do not define us.

Changing our beliefs does not cut it. We need to change our state, as well. This means feeling into the body, letting our emotions, and physical sensations guide us to what wants our love and attention, and giving new context to those old trauma/drama loops.

This process requires compassionate feedback and witnessing to take root.

How do we do this? We get vulnerable.

We hold the feeling—the fear, the insecurity, our sense of unworthiness, our guilt, our sadness, and our anger—and choose to be with it. We choose not to leave ourselves behind. We ask for help, we let ourselves be seen, heard, and held.

In this 90 minute online class we will use breathing and mindfulness practices to shift energy in the body, while sharing in compassionate, interactive discussion.

You will come away with a deeper understanding of how you personally respond to, and store trauma in your body, and how to soothe it to generate new outcomes in your life and improve the quality of your relationships.
